Palmer Events Center to Host 2021 Austin Record Convention, Austin Gem and Mineral Show in October
AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host four events during the month of October, including the 2021 Austin Record Convention and 2021 Austin Gem and Mineral Show.
The 2021 Austin Record Convention will take place Oct. 15-17, featuring more than 300 different dealers from all over the U.S.A. and Europe, offering 78s, 45s, LPs, CDs, cassettes, posters, collectibles and music-related memorabilia (austinrecords.com). Oct. 19-20, FloGrappling WNO: The Return of Gordon Ryan will take place at the Palmer Events Center (flograppling.com).
The Palmer Events Center will host the 2021 Austin Gem and Mineral Show Oct. 22-24, featuring gem and mineral displays as well as lectures and educational exhibits from the Austin Gem and Mineral Society (agms-tx.org).
On Oct. 24, the 2021 More than Pink Walk will take place at Palmer as a fundraiser for research to prevent and cure breast cancer (komen.org).
The Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center are operated by the Austin Convention Center Department, a division of the City of Austin. The Austin Convention Center Department (ACCD) continues to adhere to all City of Austin, Travis County, State of Texas, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
