Palmer Events Center to Host Texas Roller Derby, Le Garage Sale and More in January

AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host seven events during the month of January, including the Texas Roller Derby and Le Garage Sale, among others.

Jan. 13, the 2023 Austin Youth Council Career Fest will host its Volunteer Orientation at the Palmer Events Center.

Jan. 14, the Texas Roller Derby will return to the Palmer Events Center with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. and gametime set for 6 p.m.

Jan. 14-15, Austin’s iconic vintage shopping experience, the City-Wide Vintage Sale, will return to the Palmer Events Center. The City-Wide Vintage Sale will be open to the public Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Jan. 19-22, Le Garage Sale makes its return to the Palmer Events Center with a wide variety of Austin’s independent boutiques and local labels under one roof, where everything is on sale.

Jan. 20-21, the 3M Half Marathon Expo will take place at the Palmer Events Center, where runners will pick up their official half marathon packets and have the opportunity to meet with representatives from popular running brands.

Jan. 22, the 2023 Austin Family Magazine Annual Summer Camp Fair will take place at the Palmer Events Center. The event is free to attend and will feature representatives from the best summer camps locally, statewide and out-of-state.

Jan. 27-29, the Star of Texas Tattoo Arts Revival takes place at the Palmer Events Center, featuring tattoo contests, artist meet-and-greets, and more with some of Texas’ most popular tattoo artists.

The Palmer Events Center is proud to have achieved both Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation and LEED Gold certification, demonstrating the facility’s commitment to health and safety and energy and environmental design, respectively.
