Palmer Events Center to Host Oddities and Curiosities Expo, Bridal Extravaganza and More in June

AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host seven public events during the month of June, including the Oddities and Curiosities Expo and 2022 Bridal Extravaganza.

June 3-4, the Austin Symphony returns to the Palmer Events Center for the Sarah and Ernest Butler Pops Series presentation of “Swing is the Thing,” featuring world champion swing dancers and music from the 1930s and 1940s.

On June 5, the 8th Annual Beautifully Loved Fashion Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center, aiming to improve confidence and self-worth for families dealing with pediatric cancer and other chronic illnesses through experiences of wellness, beauty, and fashion.

CycleNation Austin takes off from the Palmer Events Center June 11 as local cyclists raise money for the American Stroke Association, a division of the American Heart Association.

On June 12, the 2022 Bridal Extravaganza, hosted by Texas Weddings, takes place at the Palmer Events Center, providing everything a bride might need all under one roof, including DJs, florists, venue representatives, and more.

On June 18, the Oddities and Curiosities Expo showcases all things weird from hand selected vendors, dealers, artists, and small businesses from all over the country, including taxidermy, original artwork, horror-inspired pieces, and more.

June 22-23, the Palmer Events Center will host the Traffic Show, a wholesale trade show bringing together brands that represent outdoor, active, fashion, and other segments to help retailers find the products they need for their stores.

June 25-26, the City-Wide Vintage Sale returns to the Palmer Events Center to provide Austin with an iconic vintage shopping experience.

The Palmer Events Center is proud to have achieved both Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation and LEED Gold certification, demonstrating the facility’s commitment to health and safety and energy and environmental design, respectively.
