Palmer Events Center to Host Austin Record Convention, Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale, and More in October
AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host nine events during the month of October, including the Austin Record Convention, Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale, and one private event, among others.
The International Gem and Jewelry Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 4-6, bringing wholesalers, manufacturers and designers together under one roof.
The 2024 AAA Trade Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 10. Hosted by the Austin Apartment Association, the AAA Trade Show brings together professionals from the apartment industry to explore the latest products, services, and innovations while networking with industry leaders.
Oct. 15-16, Austin’s Proofpoint User Event, Protect 2024, takes place at the Palmer Events Center, providing Proofpoint users with the opportunity to expand their networks while discussing expertise, experiences and emerging trends.
The 2024 Austin Gem and Mineral Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 18-20, hosting more than 30 vendors selling gemstones, jewelry, beads, mineral specimens, fossils, crystals and more.
The Austin Record Convention also takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 18-20, featuring the largest sale of recorded music in the country. More than one million 78s, 45s, LPs, CDs, cassettes, posters, collectibles and pieces of music-related memorabilia are available for sale from more than 300 vendors.
The 2024 DIR Connect Technology Expo takes place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 23. The expo is hosted by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), bringing DIR contracted technology vendors together with IT and purchasing staff from state agencies, local and county government, hospitals, emergency response entities, K-12 and higher education to raise awareness about programs available to them.
Signature Chefs Feeding Motherhood takes place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 24, featuring a VIP reception, live auction, tastings from some of Austin’s most well-known chefs, and more with proceeds going toward nourishing all aspects of motherhood, from prenatal to postpartum.
The 2024 Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 30 and Nov. 1-3, featuring art, clothing, furniture, jewelry, books, and more for sale with proceeds going toward the Settlement Club for Children, a licensed nonprofit organization that serves individuals who have experienced severe emotional trauma, abuse and neglect.
