Palmer Events Center to Host A Christmas Affair, Big Ole Queer Market, and More in November
AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host five events during the month of November, including the Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale, the Government Innovation Showcase, A Christmas Affair, the City-Wide Vintage Sale, and Big Ole Queer Market.
The Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale kicks off at the Palmer Events Center on Nov. 5 with a 7 p.m. preview party, followed by three days of shopping Nov. 7-9. Proceeds from the event go to the Settlement Home for Children, whose mission is to serve individuals who have experienced severe emotional trauma, abuse, and neglect.
The Public Sector Network will host the Government Innovation Showcase at the Palmer Events Center on Nov. 12, bringing together public sector leaders from across the state to share innovative ideas and showcase cutting-edge projects.
The Junior League of Austin’s A Christmas Affair returns to the Palmer Events Center Nov. 19-25, featuring more than 200 vendors from across the country selling gifts, clothing, home décor, jewelry, and more. A Christmas Affair is the Junior League of Austin’s largest fundraiser, funding the organization’s mission, programs, and outreach, allowing it to continue empowering women in the community.
The City-Wide Vintage Sale returns to the Palmer Events Center Nov. 29-30, providing shoppers with the opportunity to browse through a vintage paradise featuring dozens of unique vintage vendors all under one roof.
The Big Ole Queer Market also takes place on Nov. 29-30 at the Palmer Events Center, bringing together LGBTQIA+ artists and small businesses for a free-to-attend holiday expo open to people of all ages.
