Palmer Events Center to Host Austin Record Convention, Affordable Art Fair, Bitcoin++, and More in May

AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host 11 events during the month of May, including the Austin Record Convention, the Affordable Art Fair, and Bitcoin++, along with eight other events.

The Austin Record Convention takes place May 2-4, featuring more than 300 different vendors of 78s, 45s, LPs, CDs, cassettes, posters, and other music-related memorabilia. Early shopper admission begins Friday, May 2 at 10 a.m., while general admission takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The City of Austin’s Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month Celebration takes place on May 6, featuring food, entertainment, and more.

Bitcoin++ takes place at the Palmer Events Center May 7-9, featuring cryptocurrency-related workshops, keynotes, panel discussions, and more.

The 2025 CCA Austin Annual Banquet, hosted by the Coastal Conservation Association, takes place at the Palmer Events Center on May 8. The event features raffles, a live auction, games and activities, and delicious food from some of Austin’s best restaurants.

Austin Witchfest takes place at the Palmer Events Center on May 10, celebrating witchcraft in all its forms with a day of workshops, shopping, entertainment, and more.

May 13-14, SaaStock USA is taking over the Palmer Events Center to facilitate meetings and meaningful conversations between those in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, including founders, CEOs, CFOs, marketing leaders, and more.

The Affordable Art Fair returns to the Palmer Events Center May 15-18, showcasing original contemporary artworks priced between $100 and $10,000 from various local, national, and international exhibitors.

The Austin Home Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center May 17-18, featuring a wide selection of home improvement professionals in a fun, interactive environment. Exhibitor categories include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofing, hot tubs, doors, fences, painting, security systems, power washing, and more.

The City-Wide Vintage Sale returns to the Palmer Events Center May 24-25, featuring vintage clothing, art, music, furniture, and more from a large selection of local vendors all under one roof.

The CapTex Triathlon packet pick-up and expo will take place at the Palmer Events Center on Sunday, May 25, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Big Ole Queer Market makes its return to the Palmer Events Center May 31 – June 1, featuring a huge market of goods from more than 100 small, local, and queer artists and vendors.
