July 2018 Brings Body Mind Spirit Expo, Classic Game Fest, City-Wide Garage Sale, and More to the Palmer Events Center

Summer is full swing, and for the PEC (Palmer Events Center), it’s full speed ahead! Eight different events will keep the facility busy throughout the month of July.

The Episcopal Diocese of Texas, in conjunction with the 79th Annual General Convention of the Episcopal Church, will host the 2018 Episcopal Diocese of Texas Hospitality Event on July 7, as well as the Episcopal Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society’s 2018 General Convention Worship the same day. The 2018 Body Mind Spirit Expo will be held at the Palmer Events Center on July 21 and July 22. For more information, go to www.bmse.net. In addition, Vintage Market and Event Company will hold their 2018 City-Wide Garage Sale on the same weekend – July 21 and July 22 (www.cwgs.com).

Game Over Videogames, Inc. will host their 2018 Classic Game Fest on July 28 and July 29 (www.classicgamefest.com); the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses will host the 2018 Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses Convention from July 13 through July 15 (www.jw.org); the Texas Board of Law Examiners will hold the 2018 Texas Bar Examination from July 24 through July 26 (www.ble.state.tx.us); and the Greater Austin Performing Arts Center will host its 2018 Skyline Concert featuring Jawbreaker on July 13 (www.thelongcenter.org).

Over 90 percent of the scheduled events represent repeat business – reinforcing the Palmer Events Center’s reputation as a dynamic meetings facility.

Looking ahead to August, the PEC shows eleven total events booked at the Palmer Events Center.
