Executive Chef Brad Kelly comes to the kitchen with 41 years of culinary experience. Wasting no time at all, Kelly began his career at 12 years old. In restaurants, hotels, convention centers, and catering groups, he learned everything there is to know about running a kitchen. Certified as Achieving ProChef Level II and Certified Chef de Cuisine by the American Culinary Federation and Culinary Institute of America in New York, Kelly is set to lead any operation. Heading our team for the last 16 years, Chef Kelly has molded our unit into the best of the best.
